Terms of Service
Last updated 7 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Brevosi, operated by Lucas Knight, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia ("Brevosi", "we", "us"). They cover the Brevosi iOS app, this website, and the MCP servers we build and host for you.
By creating an account or using Brevosi, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you use Brevosi for an organisation you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What Brevosi does
You describe a tool in plain English. An AI agent writes the code for it, and we deploy and run that code on our own infrastructure (Convex cloud). You get an MCP endpoint URL that any Model Context Protocol client can call. Nothing generated is downloaded to or executed on your device.
Brevosi is free while it is in beta. There are no in-app purchases. We may introduce paid plans later, and we will tell you before anything you already use starts costing money.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@brevosi.com if you think someone else has access to it.
An anonymous session is tied to one device. If you lose the device or delete the app, that session and the servers created under it may not be recoverable.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Brevosi, or anything you build with it, to:
- break the law, infringe someone's rights, or help anyone else do either;
- create or distribute malware, exploits, phishing pages, spam tooling, credential harvesters, or anything designed to gain unauthorised access to a system;
- host or generate sexual content involving minors, content that incites violence, or content that harasses or targets a person;
- abuse the hosted runtime: mining cryptocurrency, proxying or relaying unrelated traffic, running load tests or denial-of-service traffic against us or anyone else, scraping at a volume that burdens a third party, or deliberately evading our rate limits, quotas or resource limits;
- probe, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or the isolation between accounts, or attempt to reach data that is not yours;
- call third-party APIs in breach of their terms, or use credentials you are not entitled to use.
We may set and change limits on builds, storage, request volume and execution time so the service stays usable for everyone.
4. Your servers are yours, and so is the responsibility
You own the servers you create and the content you put into them. You give us the licence we need to store, run, host and display that content in order to operate the service.
The build agent is an AI. Its code is generated, not reviewed by a human, and it can be wrong, insecure or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for what your server does. Read the tools before you rely on them, and test anything that matters.
A public MCP URL is public. Anyone who has it can list your tools and call them, with whatever arguments they choose. Treat everything reachable through that URL, and everything your tools can read, write or reach, as exposed to the internet. Do not put credentials, secrets, personal information about other people, health data or payment details into a Brevosi server, and do not give a tool access to a system you would mind a stranger calling. Sharing the URL is your decision, and its consequences are yours.
Generated code may resemble code produced for other users from similar prompts. We claim no exclusivity over it, and we do not promise you any.
5. Our stuff
The Brevosi app, website, name and branding are ours. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more. Do not copy, resell or white-label it.
6. Availability and changes
Brevosi is a beta run by one person. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including hosted servers and their URLs, with or without notice. We will try to give notice for anything significant, but we do not promise uptime, and there is no service level agreement.
We may update these terms by publishing a new version at brevosi.com/terms with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Brevosi after that means you accept the change.
7. No warranty
Brevosi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated code will be correct, safe or fit for anything.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, or anything done by a server you created or by someone who called it. Our total liability for all claims connected with Brevosi is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability under those provisions can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Brevosi in breach of these terms, or from a server you created.
9. Termination
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings, Delete account in the app. That deletes your account, the servers you created, and their hosted deployments.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or take down a server, at any time — immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe it breaches section 3, endangers the service or another person, or exposes us to legal risk. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. On termination your right to use the service ends and your hosted servers stop responding.
To report a Brevosi server that is malicious, illegal or infringing, email support@brevosi.com with its URL and what is wrong with it.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms, and everything else, go to support@brevosi.com. Privacy matters go to privacy@brevosi.com. We aim to reply within two business days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
